Warranty applies only to the original owner; all products are non-transferable

Testing/repair fees may apply

If the Redline Lithium support team approves a product as defective due to manufacturing issues, a replacement will be shipped at no charge

Non-defective products will be returned to the original owner along with test results and explanations

Customers may be contacted to discuss service costs or replacement options if products are excluded from warranty coverage (see below for warranty exclusions)

Warranty Exclusions
Redline Lithium will not cover batteries based on the following conditions (including but not limited to):

Misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product

Modification or alteration of the product without authorization

Attempts to repair the product by unauthorized personnel.

Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application

Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use.

Impact, collision, or water damage

Physical damage to the battery case or mishandling of the product

Damages caused by shipping or transportation
-
Opening, modification, or tampering with the product

Use of the product for applications other than those described and intended by the manufacturer

Removal of manufacturer battery bar codes or dates
Please note that the warranty may be voided if any of the above conditions are found to be the cause of the product's malfunction or damage
Submitting a warranty claim

Before sending your battery for warranty consideration, please reach out to our team at info@redlinelithium.com to provide details about the defect. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps

If the issue is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect by the Redline Lithium team, customers are requested to ship the battery back to us for inspection

Customers are responsible for the costs associated with shipping returns or warrantied products. Please note that battery shipments may require special documentation and packaging, which could result in additional fees due to strict shipping requirements

To ensure prompt processing of your warranty or return, please include the following information:

Copy of the receipt or invoice.

For your convenience, we recommend using FedEx or UPS ground services for shipping.
Please note that any product returned without the required information may not be processed.
Registration

REGISTRATION is not required, purchase made directly from Redline Lithium LLC will be recorded on file.

Purchases from authorized resellers will need to be registered by customer. Email info@redlinelithium.com to register your product.

Registration must include: Name, email, address, product serial number, receipt for proof of date of purchase.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase

For undamaged and unopened batteries, full refunds may be issued, subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the current MSRP. All returned items must be in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and warrantied products

All returned products must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received
